Pumpkin Fest

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS AND JOIN US AT THIS FREE FALL EVENT! Children will enjoy ACTIVITY BOOTHS, inflatables, petting zoo, games, photo booth, turkey shoot and hayride. 

Eat FREE FOOD: Roasted Corn, Popcorn, Cotton Candy and Bruster’s Ice Cream. There will also be FOOD TO PURCHASE from local Food Trucks.

SERVING OPPORTUNITIES

Activity Booths: Sunday morning groups, community groups, ministry teams or individual families are invited to sponsor and staff activity booths.

Individual Volunteers: Individuals are needed to staff and supervise inflatables, hayride and registration.

Candy: Drop off bags of individually wrapped, nut-free candy in the Church Office or Kids Cove.

Event Guidelines

To keep Pumpkin Fest safe and family-friendly for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

 Costumes

• • Costumes must be appropriate for a church family event.

  • Adults may not wear masks or gory/inappropriate costumes.

 Animals

• • Pets are not permitted on church property during Pumpkin Fest.

  • Only certified service animals are allowed.

Toy Weapons & Props

• • Toy props must be clearly identifiable as toys (bright colors, non-threatening designs).

  • Realistic props or replica weapons are strictly prohibited.
