LOCAL
At Lakewood, we want to be known for our generosity—with both our time and money—toward those in our local community. Through our partnerships with great local churches, organizations and non-profits, we provide opportunities to meet the real needs of our community as we serve together.

Lakewood's Mercy Ministry
Mission: Lakewood’s Mercy Ministry exists to support those in financial crisis by providing some assistance to help remediate their crisis.

Celebrate Recovery
Mission: A Christ-centered 12-step recovery program for hurts, habits and hang-ups. Issues that we all have.
Ways to Serve:
- Help prepare/assist with clean up for meals (1st & 3rd Tuesdays)
- Prayer Partners

Celebrate Recovery INSIDE
Mission: A Christ-centered 12-step recovery program for our local men and women’s prisons.
Ways to Serve:
- Men – Help facilitate groups on Sunday mornings at Hall County Correctional Institute
- Women – Be a pen pal for CRI participant at Lee Arrendale State Prison
- Women – Visit one of our CRI participants at Lee Arrendale State Prison

Women On Mission
Mission: Pray for our missionaries, learn about their ministries and serve our community.
Ways to Serve:
- Collect food and other supplies for the Good Samaritan food pantry.
- Provide cake and small birthday gifts for residents of The Oaks nursing home.
- Card ministry to homebound of Lakewood.
- Book bags and sponsorship for children attending Camp Hope.

Tiny Stitches
Mission: Our purpose is to provide basic layettes containing clothing and other items to disadvantaged newborns and preemies in North Georgia.
Ways to Serve:
- Join in sewing, knitting, crocheting clothing.
- Learn from members who are experienced in these areas to develop your skills.
GLOBAL
We desire to glorify God by joining Him in His mission to take His gospel to the ends of the earth; seeking to make disciples of all nations for the glory of God and the joy of all peoples.

Global Missions
Mission: We exist to glorify God by joining Him in His mission to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth; seeking to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all that He has commanded us.
CHURCH PLANTING
Spreading the gospel and making disciples.
