We want to partner with parents to help raise-up a biblically-literate, fully devoted generation of believers in Jesus Christ. It is our desire to reinforce the spiritual values taught in your home through sound biblical instruction, quality activities and meaningful relationships with other children and adults.
BIRTH - 4 YEARS OLD
WeeCare, GroZone & Weekday
WeeCare Sunday School
Infants – 24 months
9:30am & 11:00am
Our youngest preschoolers are nurtured and loved each week by a group of committed, care-giving volunteers. It is our desire that these little ones experience a safe and loving atmosphere. Bible stories and truths are shared with them through stories and music.
GroZone Sunday School
Age 2 years – 4 years
9:30 & 11:00am
Bible stories and truths are taught each week to preschoolers using Gospel Light Curriculum. These little ones are active and curious, so age-appropriate learning centers are set up to engage a variety of different learning styles and temperaments. Preschoolers experience story-time and music in their classrooms and also enjoy a corporate time of learning and worship at the “Big Tree.”
Infants – 24 months
Little ones are loved and cared for by our childcare staff. They enjoy activities and lots of play with others at the same developmental stages.
Ages 2 years – 4 years
This mid-week program helps preschoolers learn important Bible skill and memory concepts as they study the work of missionaries at home and abroad. Through creative learning centers, they experience food, sights and customs of other states and countries. They also participate in additional art and music activities.
Kids Cove Weekday is an extension of our preschool ministry to children and their families. We offer a half day program with two, three and five-day options available for children 12 months through four years (PreK). Learn about our Weekday program, register your child or make tuition payments using the link below.

Special Needs Ministry
Special needs children, adults and their families are embraced and cared for through this important ministry. JOY stands for Jesus’ Opportunity for You.
As a parent of a child or adult with special needs, you have the option to mainstream or place your child in a self-contained classroom. Both environments allow our special needs children and adults to be loved and nurtured spiritually. God’s word will be presented based on each child’s specific cognitive needs.

Participation in one of our parent-child dedication services is an important way for us to support and encourage your efforts to lay a spiritual foundation in the life of your child. This service is not intended as an “infant baptism” at which salvation is claimed for a child. Instead, it is a time for parents to commit themselves to model and teach spiritual truth and values in the home. Each family who participates will be assigned a Lakewood couple or individual who will join them in praying for their child to accept and follow Jesus as his or her own personal savior. These special services are held in the fall, winter, and spring at 4:00 PM. A reception is hosted by the Kids Cove staff after the service for families and their guests. To participate, please contact Carrie Hargrove at firstname.lastname@example.org.
