College-Age Community Groups in the North GA Region
Community Groups
Community groups are the heartbeat behind this community. Each group meets once a week in a home, on a college campus, or at the church. These groups include: discussions about God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, The Gospel, studying God’s Word, serving, and discipleship. We also periodically plan social events to have fun!
Fall Groups:
- Gather Lakewood, Sunday’s @ 9:30am – Join us for Coffee and conversation about God’s Word in the Ministry Center on Lakewood’s campus. This group meets throughout the entire year.
- Gather Gainesville, Mondays @ 6:30pm
- Gather Downtown, Tuesdays @ 7:00pm
- Gather Dahlonega, Thursdays @ 7:00pm

What are Gatherings?
Gatherings occur a couple times a semester with all our Community Groups coming together as one body to praise and worship the Lord. For more info on location and details of these Gathering’s contact our College & Young Adult Minister, Kaleb Mitchell.

Our groups takes part in local mission opportunities. To get involved in some mission opportunities, check out our community groups.
Mission Trips:
Mission Trip to Zagreb, Croatia – This trip heavily consists of sharing the Gospel with Croatian college students on their campuses. We are called to share the Good News to all nations. For more information on this Mission Trip for March of 2023 contact Jim Lee or Kaleb Mitchell.
Sharing the Gospel where we live – We have students sharing the Gospel weekly with apartment complexes around our facility. To find out where to meet each week, check out our instagram @gather_ya or contact Kaleb.

We have several resources available for those looking to get started with daily spending time with the Lord in His Word. We believe in equipping the next generation in reading the Bible. Everyone says to “read your Bible” but often it is difficult to know where to start or how to read different books in the Bible.
