The NextGen Summer Internship at Lakewood offers college-age students an incredible opportunity to deepen their faith and hone their leadership skills through immersive ministry experiences on our Kids or Student Ministry Staff Team. This paid internship presents a hands-on opportunity to make a lasting impact for Christ on the next generation, all while developing as a leader and a minister. Interns will receive mentorship from experienced staff pastors and ministers, fostering personal growth and spiritual development. • Pastoral Care: Follow-up with kids, students, and families to pray for them and care for their needs.
