2 Chronicles 7:14 Prayer Emphasis
Lakewood will begin a prayer emphasis on September 18 in conjunction with our Fall church wide study. You can sign up for a 30 minute slot that will be yours to pray each week. We hope to have enough people to cover 24 hours/ 7 days a week in prayer. We are asking for a 6 week commitment that we hope will continue well beyond the 6 weeks.
Participants will pray for Lakewood, our community, our nation, all of our leaders and anything the Spirit will lead us to labor in prayer for. We will also have some prayer prompts you can use during your prayer time.
We believe God is drawing us to pray and that through the prayers of His people He can use his power to accomplish great things for his kingdom. Before we begin to pray for our community, our church or our nation we must also ask God to align our hearts to His and ask the Spirit to show us what to pray.
