Our Process

For most followers of Christ, their entry into a growing relationship with Christ at Lakewood will be through an Experience environment.  For adults, this most often happens through either our Crosspoint or Real Life environments.  These are designed to be “Come and See” environments.  “Come and See” God for the first time.  “Come and See” Lakewood for the first time.

Our next step for adults comes through our Equip environments.  Group Life environments have been designed for this purpose.  They are “Connect and Grow” environments.  It is in these environments adults will connect with likeminded followers of Christ and grow to be more like Him.

Finally, our desire is to move everyone from an Equip environment into an Engage environment.  It’s in Engage environments that individuals serve others.
