Volunteer Policies

All adults interested in serving must complete a volunteer application and give permission to conduct a criminal records background check.  Those placed in team leader and teaching positions must be members of Lakewood.  Other positions are available for those attending without membership.

We also welcome and encourage youth to serve in Kids Cove.  All youth interested in serving must attend a youth volunteer meeting with a parent.  We believe it is important for both parents and youth to understand our policies in placing youth in service.
