It Requires F.A.I.T.H. to be a Group Life Leader
There are 5 Characteristics that should be evident in the life of anyone desiring to be a Group Life Leader. The acrostic F.A.I.T.H. will be used to describe them.
· Faithful – They are consistent in their personal growth in Christ. They are responsible, tithing members of Lakewood and regularly attend church and facilitator training events.
· Available – Facilitating a group is a priority. They make time to meet with group trainers and group members.
· Influential – People listen to them. People would follow them. They intentionally follow the leading of the Spirit to influence others.
· Teachable – They are open to do what God directs them to do. They are willing to take direction from a leader.
· Honest – They are genuine, authentic, and transparent in sharing their life.
